eviXscan 3D Quadro+
Developed from scratch
The Quadro+ replaces the highly successful HD Quadro dual-band scanner. However, it is not simply a newer version of the same device, but a scanner developed from scratch. The most important feature of the Quadro+'s versatility is the different adjustable measuring ranges. On the one hand, you can measure small parts with high precision, but at the same time you can also quickly capture the geometry of large objects. The internal range of the device enables efficient scanning of objects with a diameter of 120 to 450 mm. In the outer range, the recommended size of the scanned objects is between 250 and 1000 mm. The ability to combine point clouds from both ranges significantly extends the scanner's application range. The Quadro+ is extremely versatile and can be easily integrated into production lines with robots and cobots.

REVERSE ENGINEERING
The triangle mesh maps surfaces and forms the basis for creating CAD models of an object. This enables the creation of technical documentation for an object. The resulting model can be used to produce a replica or as a starting point for the design of new products or variants.
QUALITY CONTROL
The scanned product is compared to a CAD reference model to create color deviation maps that allow accurate verification of tolerances on production drawings and measurement of elements that are difficult to measure with other methods.
RAPID PROTOTYPING
The fast and cost-effective production of prototypes is now an important strategy for gaining a competitive edge. A precise 3D scanner, such as eviXscan 3D, is an essential part of the rapid prototyping process.
