The In-Sight 7000 series is a powerful, full-featured vision system that performs fast and accurate inspections of a wide variety of parts in all industries. The compact footprint fits easily into production lines with limited space, and the unique modular design is highly customizable on site to meet the needs of your application. In addition to internal and external lighting options for power and control, the In-Sight 7000 series also features a highly visible LED light ring around the camera housing, making it easy to see the inspection status no matter where the system is installed.
The In-Sight 7000 series is available in monochrome and color models with resolutions from VGA to 5 MP.
Various device configurations are available, from the basic In-Sight 7500 to the fully equipped 7600, 7800 and 7900 models.

With lightning-fast acquisition and industry-leading vision tools, including PatMax RedLine, SurfaceFX, OCRMax, PowerGrid, hotbars and color tools (color models only), the In-Sight 7000 vision system quickly locates the part and accurately performs the required inspections.
