The MED ace series is manufactured and distributed in accordance with ISO 13485:2016. Basler also holds all relevant conformities such as CE, UL, EMC Class B, CISPR Class B and FCC Class B. Basler thus demonstrates its quality standards in development, production and service. Because Basler has its own production facility for the MED ace series, simple and reliable documentation of production is possible. Brilliant Image

The Brilliant Image Feature Set gives you unparalleled image quality. This is made possible by the market-leading PGI algorithm, the extended automatic white balance, the intelligent automatic contrast and the automatic exposure algorithms. A particularly good image is very important for applications in laboratory automation, microscopy and ophthalmology.

Perfect Color

In addition to image quality, perfect color reproduction is also an important prerequisite for use in the medical & life sciences sector. You can adjust the entire color space and make settings for hue, saturation and brightness. The Basler Color Calibrator is easy to use.

Low Light Imaging

Thanks to the Sony Pregius CMOS sensor technology, outstanding low-light images are possible. Low light conditions often prevail, particularly in the fields of microscopy and laboratory automation. Exposure times of up to 10 seconds are therefore possible. Thanks to the low sensor noise and high sensitivity, even weak light signals can be captured.

High Speed

The Basler MED ace can be operated at frame rates of 60 to 164 frames per second. This is made possible by the global shutter and the USB 3.0 interface. In laboratory automation, fast image sequences often need to be captured, which is now possible with the Med ace.
