To strengthen our IT departmentin Dielsdorf, we are looking for a committed team member with immediate effect as

ICT-Supporter:in 80% - 100% (all gender)

What are you going to do?

• 1st & 2nd level support, prioritization and resolution of ICT support requests
• Documentation of solutions, writing of instructions and training documents
  in a knowledge database
• Processing of internal IT tasks in the event of technical faults, installation, commissioning and support in the Microsoft 365 environment & infrastructure (on prem & cloud)
• Introduction and training of employees
• Participation in internal projects (digitalization, automation and efficiency enhancement)

What do you need?

• Completed training as a computer scientist EFZ or comparable training
• Good theoretical and practical knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment, Azure & infrastructure
• Professional experience in IT service desk and on-site support
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Communication skills, high level of independence and reliability, flexibility and enjoyment of customer contact
• Logical and analytical thinking skills, combined with an independent and precise way of working
