It is important to us to get together regularly and celebrate festivities. For example, we have various fixed events in our annual program, such as a New Year's aperitif, the summer party and a Christmas dinner.
Modern working environment
Our fresh and modern office environment encourages collaboration and offers plenty of quiet spaces for meetings, discussions or concentrated work. Modern equipment with video conference rooms, WLAN throughout the premises, as well as standing desks and laptops with Microsoft 365 for all employees are a matter of course. Free water, coffee and fruit are also available.
Flexible working
We offer the opportunity to work from home for up to 40% of your workload. Part-time work is also part of our DNA, particularly with a view to achieving a better work-life balance. We also offer opportunities for additional vacation and unpaid leave.
Attractive location
Our head office is a short walk from Dielsdorf railroad station. We can be reached by car from the Regensdorf highway exit in 12 minutes. There are two shopping centers, a fitness center, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and many jogging trails in the immediate vicinity. Of course we have shower rooms available for you after your workout.
There are plenty of free parking spaces available on the company premises. Eight charging stations for electric vehicles can also be used free of charge.By the way: over 1,000 solar panels on the roofs of our company premises produce plenty of electricity for our own needs.
Pavilion and garden
Our pavilion with terrace and fully equipped kitchen is an event location and dining venue in one, and can also be used free of charge by employees for private events. Directly adjacent, a small garden offers additional space for breaks, outdoor meetings, lunch or an after-work beer.
