Congratulations! We were impressed by your application. We’ll send you an email inviting you to an initial video interview via Teams. During this first interview, we’ll get to know you better, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask us questions. The first interview will be with your future supervisors.

Did you make a good impression in the video interview? If so, we’d like to get to know you even better. The second interview will take place at our office with our HR team and will be scheduled individually. You may also have the opportunity to meet your future team, or you might be invited to a trial work session. For certain roles and positions, we’ll ask you to complete a personality assessment in advance, which we’ll discuss during our in-person meeting.

Privacy Policy

The processing of your personal data is necessary to carry out the application process. Protecting your privacy and your data is very important to us. Below, we would like to provide you with transparent information about what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.

  • Responsibility for Data Processing
    Joint controllers within the meaning of the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG) are:
    Chromos Group AG, Niederhaslistrasse 12, 8157 Dielsdorf
    Vitaris AG, Blegistrasse 11a, 6340 Baar
    The companies jointly operate the applicant tracking system and process application data together to the extent necessary for filling job openings. These privacy policy provisions apply to the application process of Chromos Group AG and Vitaris AG (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Companies”).
  • Consent
    By submitting your application and accepting this Privacy Policy, you consent to the storage, processing, and internal sharing of your personal data in our applicant tracking system. This applies to applications received online, via email, or in paper form. All applications are recorded centrally in the companies’ applicant tracking system.
  • Data Protection and Confidentiality
    Both companies have implemented appropriate organizational and technical measures to ensure the confidentiality of your data. All employees who have access to your data as part of the application process are bound by a duty of confidentiality. Data is transmitted in encrypted form. Data processing is carried out in accordance with the current state of the art.
  • Processed data
    The following personal data is stored and processed during the application process:
    • Title, first name, and last name
    • Contact information (mailing address, email, phone numbers)
    • Application materials (resume, transcripts, diplomas, etc.)
    • Additional information voluntarily provided during the process
  • Purpose of data processing
    The stored data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
    • Review and Processing of Your Application
    • Contacting us during the application process
    • Hiring decision
    • Forwarding internally to the appropriate line managers
    • Anonymized statistical analyses (e.g., reporting)
  • Talent Pool / Unsolicited Applications
    If you submit an unsolicited application, your documents will be stored in the shared candidate pool—provided you consent to this. Only HR staff from both companies have access to this pool. Line managers will only be given access once your application is being considered for a specific position.
  • Access to data
    Your personal data will not be shared with other companies or unauthorized third parties. Access to your personal data is restricted exclusively to those responsible for the application process, in particular:
    • the HR staff of Chromos Group AG and Vitaris AG
    • the respective line managers
    • Members of selection committees (if established)
    • authorized IT service providers for system support in exceptional cases
  • Security
    The companies implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from manipulation, loss, destruction, or unauthorized access. Data is transmitted in encrypted form. Security measures are regularly reviewed and updated to keep pace with technological advancements.
  • Applicants' Rights
    You have the following rights:
    • Information from regarding what data is processed about you
    • Correction of incorrect data at
    • Deletion of your data (unless required to be retained by law)
  • Requests for information, correction, or deletion

  • Deletion of data
    Once the application process is complete, your data will be handled as follows:
    • In the event of rejection: Data will be reduced to basic information (name, date of birth, address, desired position) after 6 months to identify multiple applications. All basic data will be completely deleted after 24 months. You will not be automatically notified of the deletion.
    • Upon hiring: Relevant data is transferred to the personnel file.

  • 's Liability: You submit your application electronically at your own risk. The companies disclaim all liability to the extent permitted by law.
  • Changes to the Privacy Policy
    The companies reserve the right to amend or supplement this Privacy Policy. The currently published version applies.
