For our Industrial division in German-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a dynamic and success-oriented
Sales Coding 80% - 100% (all gender)
Your main tasks
- You are responsible for the sale of coding products and solutions in Central Switzerland
- Front-oriented acquisition, consulting and persuasion of potential customers
- Building up and expanding the customer base through a strong market presence
- "Cross-selling" of all other industrial products
- You are motivated to drive the growth of the industry department and are a team player
What your success is built on
- You have a solid basic technical education or a very good technical understanding
- You are goal-oriented, strong in closing deals and persistent, a "no" spurs you on even more
- Sales is right up your street: you establish our brand in your sales territory with ease, organize and plan your activities and are persistent
- As a sociable team player, you enjoy interacting with other people and have excellent communication skills
- With your positive attitude and willingness to constantly learn new things, you will inspire your customers for our solutions, create convincing offers and negotiate consistently until the deal is closed
Your qualifications
- You already have experience in the sale of capital goods, ideally in an industrial environment
- Your ambitious, strong personality is paired with a high level of solution orientation
- Your presentation and negotiation skills are at a high level
- You speak perfect German and fluent English (at least level B2)
- Very good, target group-appropriate presentation skills
- You have an entrepreneurial and customer-oriented way of thinking and acting with a high level of goal orientation
