The WASP 4070 ZX is specially designed for printing technical and robust materials such as carbon fiber-reinforced PA (polyamide). With an active chamber temperature system (up to 70 °C) and a stable metal construction with steel core reinforced belts, it delivers precise results with a wide range of materials. New motor drivers, carbon arms and a class 2B2 safety glass window ensure quiet, stable and efficient operation - perfect for industrial applications where precision and reliability are critical.

Materials

PA CARBON has good mechanical and thermal properties and offers a flawless surface quality.

ABS has good heat and impact resistance and can be sanded and painted. You can bond parts together with acetone. The surface is matt.

HIPS is a material specially developed to support ABS and is soluble in limonene or by mechanical dissolution.

PMMA has low mechanical strength but good thermal resistance up to 90°C. The surface can be matt or translucent.
