Thanks to its robust metal construction with steel core-reinforced belts, thermal insulation and active chamber heating (up to 70 °C), it delivers precise results even in demanding applications - ideal for medical technology, prototyping and flexible components.

Materials
TPU, short for thermoplastic polyurethane, is characterized by its flexibility and durability, even at temperatures of up to 90 °C. In addition, this material has an attractive glossy surface that gives it an aesthetically pleasing appearance. This combination of high temperature resistance, flexibility and attractive gloss makes TPU a versatile and popular material in various application areas.
Polypropylene, PP for short, is a material that is certified for contact with the skin and is characterized by its mechanical and thermal resistance, even at temperatures of up to 100 °C. These properties make PP an ideal material for applications that require both high resilience and compatibility with the skin. Furthermore, its resistance to high temperatures offers an additional advantage in environments where heat resistance is required.
