POWER WASP 45 HDP
Large-format pellet 3D printer with 45° technology
The POWER WASP 45 HDP is an industrial 3D printer for large-volume applications with thermoplastic granulate. With a print area of up to 1,500 × 1,100 × 1,000 mm (expandable to 2 meters in length), an inclined print head and a heated build chamber, the system is suitable for the economical production of large objects in a wide range of industries.
The direct processing of pellets significantly reduces the material price compared to filaments. At the same time, the 45° printing technology enables new geometric freedom - without complex support structures.
- Direct pellet pressure (FGF): economical and fast
- Inclined 45° pressure axis: reduces support structures and improves adhesion
- Print volume up to 1,500 × 1,100 × 1,000 mm (can be extended to 2,000 mm length)
- Heated construction chamber (up to 150 °C): reduces warpage in technical materials
- Wide range of materials: PLA, ABS, PETG, PP, ASA, wood pellets, recycled types
- Integrated pellet dryer and vacuum pressure plate
- User-friendly control via touchscreen, LAN, WLAN and USB
Areas of application
The POWER WASP 45 HDP is aimed at professional users who want to produce large components economically:
- Architecture & Design: Models, furniture, molded parts
- Industrial production: Prototypes, tools, mold making
- Research & development: Material tests, test specimens
- Art & scenography: sculptures, stage elements, object construction
- Trade fair and store fitting: displays, structures, custom-made products
Thanks to pellet processing, resource-saving or recycled materials can also be used - a plus point for sustainable production concepts.

Advantages of 45° printing technology
The inclined pressure axis changes the way layers are built up:
- Reduction of support material through optimized geometry
- Improved layer adhesion due to larger contact surface
- Less thermal stress in the component
- Time saving for large objects
- Better use of installation space for inclined structures
This technology enables clean printing results - even with more complex shapes or technical plastics.
