The stationary barcode readers in the DataMan 370 series are suitable for demanding DPM (Direct Part Mark) and label applications. With twice the processing capacity of conventional readers in its class, the DataMan 370 has a higher reading speed. This results in a higher throughput per operation, even in applications with multiple codes and symbologies.
The DataMan 370 series barcode readers are optimized with the latest reading algorithms, including the new 1D/2D self-differentiation, to ensure fast and superior reading speeds for 1D and 2D codes. The DataMan 370's multi-core processor enables these algorithms to run in parallel, providing twice the performance and comparable high performance readers.

The DataMan 370 uses High Dynamic Range (HDR) image processing technology to capture single images that are 16 times more accurate than conventional sensors. This improves overall image quality and contrast, providing greater depth of field and better handling of low contrast codes.
The DataMan 370's proven modular design offers the same illumination, lens and communication options as the rest of the DataMan readers. The new HPIT (High Powered Integrated Torch) option provides unrivaled illumination performance and eliminates the need for external lighting.
DataMan Setup Tool software simplifies the setup and deployment of Cognex barcode readers and provides process metrics and performance feedback. Intelligent auto-tuning and application wizards guide the user effortlessly through the rapid optimization of complex parameters.
