Spotlights (spotlights) are ideal for illuminating small inspection areas or for applications involving long working distances. They cast focused beams to highlight specific features and, thanks to their compact design, can be integrated even into extremely confined machine compartments.

Technical Scope

Our portfolio offers high-intensity light sources for maximum flexibility:

• Compact designs: Housing diameters often under 20 mm, ideal for mounting on robotic arms or within complex mechanical systems.
• Focusable optics: Available with either a fixed beam angle or adjustable lenses to precisely concentrate the light energy on the desired point.
• Thermal management: Despite high power density, optimized aluminum housings (particularly in the Moritex and SVL models) ensure efficient heat dissipation and thus maintain consistent brightness.
• Wavelengths: Available in white, red, blue, and green, as well as specialized UV and infrared (IR) variants for high-contrast imaging results.

Integration & Control

• Built-in electronics: Many models do not require an external controller and can be controlled directly via a 24V power supply or a trigger signal.
• Flash Performance: Supports high-power flashes (Overdrive) to provide sufficient light for sharp images even at very short exposure times.
• Easy installation: A variety of mounting options that allow for precise alignment of the light beam at the desired angle.
• Industry standard: Standardized M12 connectors and rugged construction for long-term reliability in industrial environments.
