ATI QC series tool changer
Tool changers in various sizes for industrial robot systems.
The QC series tool changers from ATI Industrial Automation offer a reliable solution for automated tool changes in industrial robot systems. The models cover a broad spectrum - from very compact variants for smaller robot systems to robust versions for high load and torque requirements. All tool changers are based on a precise, mechanical locking mechanism and can be expanded with media modules if required. This allows processes to be designed flexibly and the change between different end effectors to be automated without manual intervention.

Compatibility
The models in the QC series follow common industrial interfaces, including ISO-9409-1, allowing them to be integrated into most robot systems, from lightweight robots to large industrial robots. If required, we can support you in selecting the right size and interface configuration.
Extension modules
A large selection of optional modules is available for the QC series tool changers. These enable the transfer of electricity, air, vacuum or other media between the robot arm and the end-of-arm tool. Control and valve modules are also available to communicate with the tool changer and control the locking and unlocking mechanism. This allows the range of functions to be flexibly expanded depending on the application.
