Cleaning anilox rollers
The fully automatic anilox roller cleaning systems have been developed to carry out both daily cleaning and deep cleaning of anilox rollers, anilox roller sleeves and gravure cylinders. The washing process is based on environmentally friendly cleaning fluids in combination with high-pressure water rinsing, making the system equally suitable for rollers with very high line counts. The fast and gentle cleaning process ensures that the anilox rollers are completely cleaned and ready for immediate use after just 10-20 minutes, without causing wear to the rollers.
BrochureCleaning sleeves
The fully automatic sleeve cleaning systems have been developed to clean sleeves and clichés gently and thoroughly. Manual cleaning of the printing forms can very easily lead to damage, especially in the screen area. Manual cleaning is also time consuming and is often seen as a health and safety issue. By using SL's sleeving systems, the press operators can concentrate on the actual printing process and setting up the printing sequences. All Flexo Wash sleeve cleaning systems can be used universally and are capable of cleaning any type of ink. In addition, environmentally friendly, water-based cleaning fluids are used. The machine is made of high-quality materials and a stainless steel housing, which ensures low maintenance and a long service life.

The fully automatic washers are designed to clean ink trays, doctor blades and other press parts and remove all ink residues from all usable ink systems such as UV inks, solvent-based inks or water-based inks. The quick and easy washing process allows press operators to focus on makeready, reducing the time and labor associated with changing operations. This results in reduced makeready time, consistent print quality and a healthy cleaning and working environment. The Flexowash TopLoad parts washers can be customized according to customer requirements and needs. The machines are equipped with a moving nozzle arm, which ensures a dynamic flow of liquid at a constant pressure and provides an improved cleaning result. The Flexowash TopLoad parts washers can also be operated with non-flammable, environmentally friendly cleaners from Flexowash.
