Logistics Specialist: 80%–100%

Your tasks

• Ensuring a smooth flow of merchandise, replacement parts, and consumables
• Receiving, Inspecting, and Recording Incoming Goods
• Professional Storage, Transfer, and Management of Inventory
• Picking, packing, and preparing shipments for dispatch
• Coordinate and monitor internal and external flows of goods and materials
• Ensuring compliance with storage, safety, and hazardous materials regulations
• Responsible for spare parts management, including inventory monitoring
• Assist with inventory counts and ensure a high level of inventory accuracy

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a logistics specialist (EFZ), ideally with a specialization in warehousing, or comparable training
• At least 2 years of professional experience in warehouse logistics
• Forklift operator certification and experience operating industrial trucks
• Training as a workplace first-aider or a willingness to complete such training is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken German; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Using Microsoft 365 Safely
• An independent, meticulous, and organized approach to work
• Ability to work well with others, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility
