CHROMOS Group AG is an owner-managed group of companies focusing on technology and solution development in the fields of IMAGING, AUTOMATION and LIFE SCIENCE, for example in the graphic arts industry, the packaging industry, the food and beverage industry, the photography, film and broadcasting industry, the pharmaceutical industry as well as processing industries, laboratories and institutions for education and research. With around 170 employees at two locations in Switzerland and branches in Germany, Austria and Sweden, the CHROMOS Group manages a portfolio of around 90 brands.

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Printing Division in German-speaking Switzerland on a contract basis as a:

Sales Printing (digital & analog) 80% – 100%

Your tasks

  • You will be responsible for selling capital goods (digital and offset printing presses)
  • You’ll attract new customers through active outreach and win them over with expert advice and compelling presentations
  • You will work to expand our existing customer base in a targeted manner and strengthen our market presence in the long term
  • You will assist with international supplier relations and participate in customer and supplier meetings as well as international trade shows
  • You will actively Printing Division to the growth of our Printing Division and work closely with internal teams

What you bring with you

  • Basic technical training and experience in the graphic arts industry
  • Several years of sales experience in the capital goods sector with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent knowledge of German and business-level English (at least B2); knowledge of French is a plus
  • Willingness to travel extensively within German-speaking Switzerland
  • Ability to work independently, strong self-motivation, and a proven track record of getting things done
  • Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and a confident demeanor at all levels
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a clear focus on customers and goals
