For our Printing Division , we are looking for a dedicated
Service Technician (Printing) 80% – 100%
Your tasks
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment (particularly digital printing presses)
- Procurement or ordering of the necessary replacement parts
- Training and instruction for customer service representatives
- Providing support to customers on-site and at the CHROMOS Group (consulting, service, training, and demonstrations)
- Ensuring the operational safety of the installed systems
- Maintenance and updating of technical documentation, as well as the ongoing development of technical expertise
- Phone support to advise and assist customers with technical issues
What you bring with you
- Completed basic technical training (e.g., as an automation technician, electromechanical technician, or in a comparable field)
- Excellent German and good English skills; French is a plus
- Professional experience as a service technician or in technical field service, preferably in the printing industry with experience in xerographic systems (e.g., Fuji Revoria)
- Team player and resilient personality
- Communication skills, high level of independence and reliability, flexibility and enjoyment of customer contact
- Strong IT skills are required
