Labeling solutions demonstrated live on site
Automated UV inkjet printing
At the stand, we will be demonstrating an automated labeling solution with the Domino Cx150 and a collaborative robotwhich handles the material handling.
Thanks to UV-curing ink, the system is also suitable for coated cardboard surfaces - ideal for high-quality packaging materials.
The print content is created and customized directly via the Domino Designer software - simply, quickly and flexibly.
Labeling and checking in one step
On display will be a labeling solution from Intrex, combined with the Domino Vx350 thermal transfer printer and a dispenser.
The integrated Basler Machine Vision camera performs the inline inspection of the labels using the R550 iTech software.
The system processes labels on sparkling water bottles - an example of efficient labeling with integrated quality control.
CO₂ laser coding on pharmaceutical cartons
This application shows the Domino Dx360a powerful CO₂ laser for high-contrast markings on dark packaging surfaces.
Printing is done on pharmaceutical folding cartons from CCL with a black or dark blue coating.
The focus is on Serialization and data matrix codes - ideal for regulated industries with high traceability and legibility requirements.
