Color Without Compromise

The Revoria PC2120 expands on traditional CMYK printing by adding green and pink toner, thereby reproducing up to 93% of Pantone spot colors. RGB data from design programs can be automatically converted to the expanded color space, resulting in printed colors that are significantly closer to what is displayed on screen. For agencies, brand owners, and print shops, this means fewer rounds of proofing and reliable reproduction of sophisticated corporate colors.

Super Color

To optimize SUPER COLOR printing with pink, Fujifilm has developed a new green toner. In addition, the SUPER COLOR toners—Transparent, Gold, Silver, and White—enable fast, easy, and cost-effective production of attractive prints with finishes and high added value.

Substrate Profiler

The Revoria PC2120 features a substrate profiler that significantly reduces paper setup in production printing and, as a result, the time required for job preparation. The all-in-one profiler measures physical paper characteristics (type, coating, basis weight between 52 and 400 g/m², paper color) to automatically set the optimal print parameters.

Consistent Quality

The Smart Monitoring Gate D1 monitors ink density and register accuracy during production. Ink variations and register deviations are detected and corrected in real time without reducing the printing speed. The print resolution of 2400 × 2400 dpi, VCSEL laser technology, and Super EA-Eco Toner ensure sharp text, fine lines, and smooth color gradients. The result remains consistent and reproducible throughout the entire print run.

Revoria Flow Workflow

The Revoria Flow workflow is fully optimized for the Revoria PC2120. The software combines color management, automation, imposition, quality optimization, and production control in a single centralized platform. When used in conjunction with Revoria Color Management, print shops benefit from automated calibration, integrated FOGRA verification, and a significant reduction in manual color management processes. This speeds up production workflows and improves the reproducibility of print results.
