TroublePix is a specialized software solution for monitoring and troubleshooting manufacturing processes. The system enables the seamless recording of fast-moving processes in a ring buffer, allowing sporadic errors to be analyzed immediately in slow motion without interrupting ongoing operations.

Optimized Pre/Post-Triggering
TroublePix allows for manual or automated triggering of recordings. By adjusting the pre- and post-trigger durations, you can precisely specify how many frames to save before and after an event. This saves a significant amount of storage space, as only the relevant error situations are archived.
Event Marker and Review
During recording or playback, important events can be marked with a single mouse click. These event markers allow you to quickly jump to critical points within long sequences. Playback can be done forward, backward, or frame-by-frame (slow motion) to reveal even the slightest mechanical issues.
Turnkey systems
For demanding industrial applications, TroublePix is available as a preconfigured complete system (portable or desktop). These systems are hardware-optimized for high data rates and are ready for immediate use, which minimizes the time required for integration into existing production lines.
