To strengthen our dispatching team in Customer Support, we are looking for a dedicated and highly organized individual at our Dielsdorf location, to start immediately or by agreement, as a
Dispatching Clerk 70% – 100%
Your tasks
- As the central hub connecting customers, sales, and service, you ensure a smooth flow of information and coordinate service technician assignments throughout Switzerland
- You support our customers by telephone and in writing in German, French and English
- You will plan and coordinate technician assignments, maintenance orders, and customer inquiries efficiently and proactively. In doing so, you will have the opportunity to actively help shape existing processes and continuously optimize them
- You will handle a wide range of administrative tasks, such as conducting inquiries, preparing quotes, processing invoices, managing contracts, and compiling reports
- In addition, you will be responsible for the international procurement of spare parts and their inventory management
- Last but not least, you'll support the team leadership and our technical teams, thereby helping to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly
What you bring with you
- You have completed basic business training and are interested in technical products and how they work
- Experience in customer service, scheduling, or a similar role
- Excellent language skills in German, French, and English; Italian is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 and, ideally, experience with the Navision ERP solution
- You enjoy communicating with customers over the phone and handling administrative tasks. You stand out for your strong customer focus and commitment to service.
- You stand out for your organizational skills, independence, and attention to detail
- Even in hectic situations, you keep a clear head and stand out as a resilient, responsible team player
- With your outgoing, sociable and uncomplicated personality, you will fit in perfectly with our young and motivated team
