Sinterit Flexa Grey is an SLS powder for elastic components, consisting of Sinterit TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane). Due to its mechanical properties such as elongation at break and heat resistance, the powder is ideal for many functional prototypes and end applications.
Sinterit Flexa Grey impresses with its adjustable Shore hardness of 70 - 90 A. Its elongation at break makes it suitable for the production of all kinds of standard rubber articles. Due to its elasticity, it is also frequently used for the production of shock absorbers and vibration dampers. Flexa Grey is also ideal for the production of protectors or other special applications.
Non-sintered Sinterit TPU powder can be 100% reused.
