Sinterit Flexa Soft is an SLS powder for very elastic, very soft components, consisting of TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane). Due to its mechanical properties such as elongation at break and heat resistance, the powder is ideal for simulations and end applications of very soft materials.
The sinterite powder impresses with its low Shore hardness value A and is therefore suitable for the production of seals. Due to its soft properties, it is also frequently used for medical models or for handles and other components that come into contact with the skin. Non-sintered Sinterit TPU powder can be 100% recycled.
