Domino K600i inkjet printer

The Domino K600i combines high printing speed with a native print resolution of 600 dpi. The innovative inkjet printing solution can be integrated into existing handling and finishing systems and used for digital imprinting or supplied as a complete monochrome digital press. The K600i prints at speeds of up to 150 m/min and can be flexibly configured for the required print width. In addition, the inkjet printer offers the flexibility and productivity to produce high quality print results at competitive prices, helping you to increase sales and profitability.

The K600i is designed for use on sheet-fed or web-fed presses and can print tickets, tags, labels, forms, security products and direct mail items such as envelopes, leaflets, postcards and brochures. Its variable data printing capabilities support text, numbering, barcodes, 2D codes (including QR codes), images, graphics and personal data printing. With piezo drop-on-demand inkjet technology, the K600i prints on a variety of uncoated and coated substrates as well as plastic media. Print quality can be optimized and ink consumption can be controlled. This allows you to reduce production costs for each job and maximize yield. The K600i incorporates unique i-Tech intelligent Technology features to help you maximize productivity, minimize manual intervention and reduce downtime and costs.

Domino has developed the K600i, an innovative and unique solution that enables the digital application of elements such as variable text, security features and graphics onto label and packaging substrates using conventional metallic foils. At speeds of up to 75 m/min, the Domino K600i digital inkjet printer uses UV-curable, adhesive additives to create an image/pattern for the film on the substrate. The film is laminated onto the substrate and placed under a UV lamp where it cures and bonds to the substrate.
