The QuellTech Laser Scanner cameras are based on the principle of laser triangulation and are suitable for capturing 2D height profiles of objects. A 3D enveloping surface is recorded via the movement. With 20 basic models, which can be adapted to the respective measuring task via menus, and measuring ranges up to 1000 mm, Q4 and Q6 laser scanner cameras are the optimum solution for automatic, non-contact measurement of dimensions. This high-precision 3D laser measurement technology optimally meets the requirements of inline measurement technology in mechanical engineering and is the ideal camera for automation applications in the industrial environment of automotive applications in combination with robots.
Thanks to its IP67 protection class, the Q6 laser scanner product series has also proven itself in demanding industrial applications that require a high degree of precision, process stability and high speed.
