BigRep PA6/66 is a heavy-duty 3D printing filament. It is a lightweight thermoplastic material with high stiffness and high resistance to heat and chemicals. It is easy to machine and its mechanical strength makes it an excellent candidate for industrial applications, especially as a metal replacement in the automotive and aerospace industries.
Functionally similar to nylon PA6, a common material for injection molding, PA6/66 is ideal for printing final components or prototypes with almost identical material properties to mass-produced goods. The material's durability and scalability make it the first choice not only for industrial transportation applications, but also for the development of electrical housings, cooling and heating systems, moulds and tools.
