FleyeVision can be configured quickly, accurately and fully automatically to meet the exact inspection requirements. In addition to checking for scratches, stains and letter or text irregularities, it can detect register shifts or color deviations.
In addition, modules are available that can measure distances, compare labels with a PDF master image, check codes and numbers, check colors, assign errors and document results to meet individual requirements.
A fleyeVision Workflow Manager is also available and detects and logs errors in the printing or processing phase, which can then be corrected in the downstream rewinder. This process increases processing speed, avoids waste and guarantees 100% accuracy. There is no need for a second camera inspection in the subsequent winding process.
