The Omega 2010/3010 rewinder is the solution you need if you want to check, rewind, print and cut in a single time-saving process.
Any defect detected by fleyeVision, our proprietary 100% print inspection system, stops the web under full control. The defective label is repositioned in front of the camera with the material from the web buffer. The label can then be inspected and corrected by the operator. After correction, the label is inspected again, the memory is refilled and the web continues to move.
The 2010 is designed for labels, while the 3010 - thanks to the large diameter of its rollers and its third web guide - is suitable for booklets. Otherwise, the 2010 and 3010 work in the same way and can be customized to your requirements with a wide range of versatile options and modules.
With guaranteed accuracy, the Omega 2010/3010 is ideal for high-volume pharmaceutical and high-security applications.
