ABG Omega B5010 Booklet
The AB Graphic Omega B5010 Booklet is the modular finishing system that can process up to 36,000 booklet labels per hour.

Equipped with a booklet feeder, it can process booklets in lengths from 25 mm to 80 mm and widths from 280 mm to 320 mm and switch between them effortlessly. Booklets can contain up to 56 sheets - 112 pages - and can be attached with hot or cold glue or laminated as required.
The modular design of the Omega B5010 is designed for web widths of 330 mm or 430 mm and enables rotary die-cutting or flatbed die-cutting as well as options for printing, laminating, inspecting or marking. Everything is monitored and controlled via a sliding touchscreen console.
ADVANTAGES

The distance between the booklets and repeated lengths can be easily adjusted.
An option for booklets that are to be dispensed onto cylindrical containers.
Available as an option for checking print, booklet placement and printed OCR numbering or barcodes.
We adapt your booklet maker to your requirements. If these requirements change, the Omega B5010 can also be customized.
