ABG Vectra HDTR automatic winder
The AB Graphic Vectra HDTR winder is the market leading non-stop solution for turret rewinding. The HDTR is a 4-spindle small roll winder capable of winding larger roll diameters up to 500 mm in diameter with higher weights.
REWINDING WITH LARGE ROLL DIAMETERS
The HDTR is a 4-spindle small roll winder on which larger roll diameters of up to 500 mm can be wound with a higher weight. It can be connected to a variety of printing machines without the need for additional mechanical or electrical connections.
The AB Graphic Vectra HDTR automatic winder can be operated in two modes - 4 spindles or 2 spindles - allowing rolls with a final diameter of 350 mm to be wound in 4-spindle mode and 500 mm in 2-spindle mode. A wide range of core sizes is available from 25 mm to 150 mm.
It is also fully upgradeable with a wide range of options including automatic core loading, finished roll closure with printing and labeling and our own fleyeVision 100% camera inspection system.
ADVANTAGES
A space-saving 1000 mm diameter unwinding unit is available for offline operation, with integrated roll lifter, electronic web guiding, adjustable splice table with clamps and automatically disengageable shear cut unit, complete with five sets of blades.
Enables the automatic and precise positioning of cores on the rewinding shaft, which is equipped with a storage tower or an automatic sorting device for small cores.
Enables the operator to run an Omega processing line and an automatic wrapping machine simultaneously with a single hand-held device.
A programmable system that allows the operator to set up core gluing in seconds.
