Fully automatic CtP systems

Fully automatic CTP system for thermal or UV printing plates with integrated plate loader (automatic plate feed and automatic plate ejection) for 100 plates including inline punching unit. Up to 100 plates in the 35×70 and 50×70 format range with a plate thickness of 0.15 - 0.30 mm can be inserted into the integrated loading unit.

CRON CTP H series Thermal/UV CTP

The H model, packed with the technology of its predecessors, is the next generation of CRON Thermal CTP. The fully automated 3-in-1 H-Series system offers high performance with improved convenience and cost efficiency for all types of commercial and packaging applications.

The H-Series has fully automatic plate loading and paper removal for up to 50 x 0.3 mm plates or 100 x 0.15 mm plates. All H-Series units are compatible with CRON multidirectional bridges. The exposure motor, based on CRON's market-leading magnetic linear drive platform, provides error-free exposure over a wide range of resolutions and a tonal range of 1-99% with either conventional or stochastic screening. Consistent drum vacuum pressure control and optional integrated inline die-cutting for up to 3 die-cutting configurations enable precise registration with 0.01mm accuracy for a wide range of formats.

Due to the high level of integration, the H-Series devices are surprisingly only a third of the size of comparable products. The H-Series CTP has been designed to provide print shops with exceptionally high image quality while saving money on print production and operating costs.

The first choice in CTP

The CRON H CTP model retains the advantages of traditional technology; it integrates automatic loading, quality imaging, inline die-cutting and other functions in one package. It is simple, stable, refined and efficient. Designed for "smart printing", the H model is the first choice for high-end printers, 3D printing and security printing.

Disk loader

The new H model series uses a new version of the loading system with an automatic 50-plate loader. The innovative design of the side stop and nozzle together with a straight plate path makes loading easier and smoother. The automatic paper removal and plate loading not only improve efficiency but also reduce labor costs.

Built-in inline punching

The integrated inline punching is accurate to 0.01 mm. Registration takes place without adjustment. Punching waste is automatically removed to prevent damage to the drum. Up to 5 sets of punching dies can be installed (the distance between each punching unit should not be less than 55 mm), various options optimize the customer's production requirements and are fully automatic.

Highly integrated

It is a fully automatic 3-in-1 system that includes plate loading, imaging and punching. Compared to similar products, it can save a third of the space. The simple and sophisticated design is a guarantee of stable quality.
