Fujifilm's latest generation of four-sided platesetters offers significant improvements in productivity and is available in three variants. The flagship of this series can image 33 plates per hour, producing at least eight color sets in this time.

The Fujifilm Luxel T-6500CTP series represents the latest generation of four-sided platesetters from Fujifilm. The flagship model is available in three versions with important productivity improvements. It can process up to 33 plates per hour, which is equivalent to around eight four-color sets.

HIGH-QUALITY PRINTING PLATE PRODUCTION
The top-of-the-range Luxel T-6500CTP X model can process eight four-color sets per hour. This drastically reduces the time required for plate production.
A selection of automation options is available for specific requirements in terms of production, space requirements and budget.

Comprehensive, flexible automation
The platesetters in the Luxel T-6500CTP series are available in several configurations for manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic plate handling. The options with single autoloader (AL) and complete multi-autoloader (ML) offer optimal solutions for the most diverse requirements - with considerable potential savings in time and labor costs.
Automation
The Luxel T-6500CTP can be used with the Luxel T-6000 single and multi-autoloaders (Al IV) via connection kits. This means that the platesetter can be upgraded without having to replace the autoloader - simply and economically.
Fast plate output for maximum productivity
The three models in the Luxel T-6500CTP series cover a wide range of production requirements. You can achieve maximum productivity with our flagship Luxel T-6500CTP X, which can output up to 33 plates - or eight four-color sets - per hour. The E and S models can output 11 and 21 plates per hour respectively.
Plate imaging of the highest quality
The Luxel T-6500CTP platesetters use the latest imaging technology with fiber laser diodes, which is usually reserved for larger and more expensive systems. The result is consistently high plate and image quality - particularly important for high resolutions and fine screens.
Productivity upgrades
If required, plate production can be increased by upgrading from the E to the S specification, i.e. from 11 to 21 plates per hour. Complex technical changes are not required for this.
Connectivity
The Gigabit Ethernet connection eliminates the need for a costly PIF board or converter box. The platesetters are fully compatible with Fujifilm's XMF workflow V6.2 or higher. Other workflow options can be integrated via XMF Gateway V6.2.
Wide range of panel formats
With the option for small plates, plates from 270 mm x 330 mm can be loaded manually on the Luxel T-6500CTP. Thanks to the flexibility up to a plate size of 830 mm x 680 mm, the requirements of most print shops in the B2 format class are fully met.
Wide range of output resolutions
The Luxel T-6500CTP is also extremely flexible when it comes to resolution. As standard, output can be between 1,200 and 2,540 dpi. The desired resolution can be easily set independently via menus.
