Mid-range thermal platesetter with external drum, available in numerous versions. The Fujifilm Luxel T-9500CTP NHS version can produce up to 23 print-ready B1 plates per hour in manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic configurations.

With this maximum plate size and a plate thickness of 0.3 mm, the Fujifilm Luxel T-9500CTP is compatible with most B1 and B2 machines. In addition, the smallest size of 304mm x 370mm in the popular 0.15mm thickness further extends system flexibility. (Other plate sizes and thicknesses are also possible.) Integrated die-cutting enables the production of ready-to-print plates for most standard sheet-fed offset presses. Custom die-cutting is available as well as a range of offline die-cutting options to meet all format requirements.
The system configuration offers flexibility that can be adapted to your production requirements
There are three configurations for the Fujifilm Luxel T-9500CTP series. In the basic configuration (T-9500CTP N), plate loading and unloading is done manually. A cost-effective upgrade can transfer unloading to either an online processor or a plate stacker, reducing manual handling. When fully automated, the single cassette autoloader (one plate size each for up to 100 plates) significantly improves productivity, allowing unattended operation for an entire shift, for example. If multiple plate sizes are used in your company, then the multi-cassette autoloader will meet your needs perfectly. With five online cassettes (5 x 100 plates), the system can automatically select from up to five plate sizes.
No special workplace lighting required, making the machines easy to operate and maintain
In combination with Fujifilm's thermal plates, you can work safely in daylight for long periods of time. You benefit from up to 64 independent laser diodes. If one of them fails, production can still continue immediately. In contrast to some other thermal systems, where the entire exposure head would have to be replaced in this case, the defective diode can be replaced quickly by a service technician.
High-quality and productive exposure results when using CTP printing plates from Fujifilm
The Luxel T-9500CTP achieves its optimum performance when used with Fujifilm's thermal plates. This also applies to the processless Superia PRO-T. Due to the high sensitivity of these plates, the platesetter can operate at the maximum speed of 1,000 revolutions per minute.
