Various sectors, such as the label industry, are increasingly using different printing processes with different printing forms. At least two CtP systems would therefore be required for imaging. Lüscher XPose! FlexLine: Built for the highest demands in flexographic printing
The combination of inner and outer drum technology allows quick and easy work. As the plate material is static in any size or thickness, the XPose! FlexLine does not require any clamping rails and there is no need for time-consuming masking of the printing plates on the drum. Even printing plates in 50/80 inch format can be loaded and unloaded easily and without complications.
The XPose! FlexLine models guarantee maximum productivity regardless of whether 1.14mm (0.045 inch) or 6.35 mm (0.250 inch) plates are imaged or whether the resolution is 2540 dpi or Full HD 5080 dpi. The output speed remains unchanged.
